Oportunity space

In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic changed the real estate landscape. Over the next two years, potential homebuyers faced unprecedented challenges, including stay-at-home orders and limited mobility.

Developers also felt the impact, as in-person showroom visits ground to a halt, housing inventory piled up and pre-sales stagnated.

The industry was forced to digitise rapidly, a process for which many were unprepared. Recognising the difficulties faced by both developers and buyers, we created and launched the PLP product to address these emerging needs.

Inefficient sales management

Property management and sales processes were primarily tracked via Excel, leading to inefficiencies and limited access to real-time information.

Limited mobility

Potential buyers were unable to visit sales rooms to learn about and invest in a new pre-sale housing project.

Lack of virtual tours

Developers lacked the technology for effective virtual property tours.

Limited showcase

Detailed project information was only available at a physical sales showroom, limiting access for potential buyers.

The Project launch platform

Provides access to the most comprehensive catalogue of pre-sale real estate projects in Mexico and Colombia. Through the PLP, users can explore detailed features of projects of interest, including available home types, planned amenities, interior design and architectural finishes, all showcased through high-quality videos and images.

The platform also offers immersive 3D virtual tours. Users can navigate these tours independently or schedule a guided virtual tour with a real estate professional.
